Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, full of gratitude. One of the things I'm thankful for is this beautiful fall, just wrapping up.
I'm also very grateful to you subscribers! To show my thanks, I'll be making you a couple of special offers later in this post.
And now we're coming into the wonderful winter holiday season. I've been very busy getting ready for several events in December that I want to share with you, and invite you to attend if you're available. First will be a reception at the Sutter Street Artist's Gallery in the Bag Lady Boutique, Folsom this coming Friday, December 1.
The following two days, December 2 and 3 I'll have a table at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center's Artisan Fair.
On Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9, I'll have a table at the Murer House in Folsom, right across the street from my house (handy, huh?!)
And my final event of the year will be the evening of Saturday, December 9, again at the Sutter Street Artists' Gallery in the Bag Lady Boutique, Folsom where my smaller original works will be shown, including some new cyanotypes.
Here's a little sample of the things I'll be selling at the artisan fair and gift boutique: original cyanotype bookmarks, cards and card sets, sketchbooks/journals with cyanotype and watercolor covers, and cyanotypes on sand dollars(!). Might there be someone on your shipping list who would appreciate a unique, artful gift?
I hope you can stop by one or more of these events. You are also welcome to contact me if you see something you're interested in, and I can send photos and discuss possibilities. Just to get an idea of my pricing, bookmarks: $4.00, sketchbooks $15, 5x7" cards $4/each or $18 for a set of 6, sand dollars (only these two, approximately 4") $12 each.
